Spirituality and Masculinity is a topic that I believe is desperately needed in our current societal narrative. There has been plenty written about toxic masculinity, which is a misnomer. Toxicity in any individual is just unhealed trauma. Men and women all have the capacity to be toxic, just as men and women both have the capacity to become healing agents. However, I wrote this for men searching for more. Men and women can get something out of this, so if you’re not a guy, keep reading anyway, and you might just get some new insight into this world.
